We rust as we age. The metals, fats and proteins in our body become oxidized. Antioxidant's prevent and reverse the process of oxidation. Free Radicals are chemicals produced in our body through normal pathways by the food we eat and the environment around us. Free radicals damage our cells and the DNA within the cells. Damaged DNAs have been linked to cancer. A leading theory of aging today is based on the production of free radicals inside the mitochondria. We can change the pathways of our aging by providing effective Antioxidants and Natural Vitamins to our cells. The amount of COQ10 in our cells decreases with age.

The ANTIAGING Institute of California has been an advocate of Coenzyme Q10.  Our recommendation is one Softgel of 100 mg COQ10, for men and women over the age of 40, after a meal, preferably breakfast. Depending on the body's requirement and with increase in age you can increase the daily dose.

Research studies have shown that people with lower amount of COQ10 in their body are more susceptible to cancer. As an Antioxidant, COQ10 may help prevent cancer growth.
The National Cancer Institute (NCI) has recently proposed a PDQ, a study to provide accurate information on the use of COQ10 in cancer patients.
PDQ is an online database developed and maintained by the National Cancer Institute. Designed to make the most current, credible, and accurate cancer information available to health professionals and the public, PDQ contains peer-reviewed summaries on cancer treatment, screening, prevention, genetics, complementary and alternative medicine, and supportive care; a registry of cancer clinical trials from around the world; and directories of physicians, professionals who provide genetics services, and organizations that provide cancer care. Most of this information, and more specific information about PDQ, can be found on the NCI's Web site at http://www.cancer.gov/cancertopics/pdq Also called Physician Data Query.

Purpose of This PDQ Summary

This PDQ cancer information summary for health professionals provides comprehensive, peer-reviewed, evidence-based information about the use of COQ10 as a treatment for cancer. The summary is reviewed regularly and updated as necessary by the PDQ Cancer Complementary and Alternative Medicine Editorial Board.

PART5

Type four or Temporal Lobe ADD is according to Zarathustra "PENDARE NEEK" Think Good.

Good and positive thoughts are hard to come by. Symptoms are again similar to Classic ADD with irritability and or anxiety. Headaches or abdominal pains are common. (Serotonin receptors in the stomach area are stimulated) may have history of head injury, family history of rage, dark thoughts, memory problems, struggles with reading, misinterpretation of comments, delusional thoughts and hallucination.

PART 4

Type two is Inattentive ADD: Symptoms are like Classic ADD with no or low energy and motivation.  Pre-occupied and some where else most of the time. Day dreaming is a great hobby. These people can day dream for hours and days. They are quiet and sometimes labeled as Lazy. Teachers say about them "if only they work harder".

There may be a problem with waking up in the mornings.

PART 3

Different Types of ADD have been described. Dr. Daniel Amen has identified six different types of ADD with similar and overlapping conditions.

Type one is Classic ADD with primary Concentration Distraction, plus hyperactivity, restlessness and impulsivity. Adults and children with ADD, talk nonstop only on topics that are interesting to them. Completely disregarding what other people think, whether they are interested in hearing about this topic or would want to comment.

PART 2

What is the formula for Hope???

Serotonin, Dopamine and Adrenalin are the neurotransmitters which make us happy, excited, positive, hopeful, attentive, interested, futuristic, enthusiastic and content.

PART 1

I would like to name this disorder CDD or Concentration Distraction Disorder:

Diagnosis of different behaviors has not provided an answer to the cause and origin of these symptoms. With the advantages of the 21st century medicine, we now know that these symptoms are neurological and are based on the biochemistry of the neurotransmitters in the brain. Their concentration, release and the reactions created in the receptors of brain cells of each individual is different. Because multiple areas of the brain are affected, responses vary. However, there are many overlapping symptoms within different diagnosis.

Dear Dr. Ershadi,

I just wanted to write and say how thankful I am to you for turning my life around with the menopause treatment you recommended. Please feel free to share this with future clients who are experiencing all the menopause signs and symptoms I was, in hopes that they too will find relief through menopause treatment with DON'T PAUSE.

As a full-time working mom of two teenagers, my life is beyond busy. From spending all day giving client presentations to helping my daughter campaign for president of her high school to cheering on my son at his varsity football games, there is never a dull moment. Amidst the hustle and bustle of my day to day schedule, I began to notice changes in my body that were impacting the quality of my life, all which pointed to the signs of impending menopause.
